Project description

Following several incidents and accidents, the Petrobras Board of Directors, after due evaluation of the situation and its impact on Petrobras, decided to initiate an assessment of the complete helicopter operation between the two main heliports and the oil-drilling and producing facilities both on and off shore. Safety issues were the primary focus of the audits performed on-site by Lufthansa Consultants and industry experts.

The assessment will be followed by an implementation phase aimed at improving operational procedures, flight training, and organizational structures to achieve a safer and more reliable operation.
