Lufthansa Consulting’s Airport Development approach is driven by traffic volumes as well as by airport and facility concepts. The aim is to align airport processes optimally to passenger structures, flows and behavior or to cargo structures and flows. Our concept is based on a set of consecutive phases. The findings are then evaluated in terms of process times, quality, costs and risks.
