Project description

The Kish Free Zone Organization assigned Lufthansa Consulting to provide consulting and planning services aimed at assessing the existing airport infrastructure and developing an operationally and economically feasible and sustainable airport infrastructure at Kish International Airport.

A substantial part of the consulting services was to review and assess the current airport’s infrastructure to determine its status and operational feasibility. Potentials, shortcomings and restrictions were identified and recommendations for improvements were made.
