Project description |
Monterrey is the second largest city in Mexico, located in the northeast of the country. Lufthansa Consulting has been commissioned to develop Aeropuerto del Norte (ADN) as the second in-ternational airport serving Monterrey. The project has been divided in phases: Phase 1 the de-velopment of a Market Potential Analysis in order to define whether the market is large enough to support 2 airports in Monterrey. The goal is to define which segments should be served by the new airport and which ones should remain at the existing airport (MTY). |
