Aeropostal realized that survival in the aviation industry could only be guaranteed with efficient and effective business processes in hand. This would guarantee the well-being of its staff and satisfy the requirements of customers and shareholders. Through the cooperation with Lufthansa Consulting and a major IATA initiative Aeropostal aimed to reach this objective. The ultimate goal was to achieve a performance enhancement for Aeropostal to become one of the leading carriers in Latin America. |
